Explore Wellness

Through movement, breathing, chanting and meditation our experienced yogi team will lead you on a journey of self discovery that will energise your mind, body and soul. With the combination of Chaminda's traditional Hatha practice, Kundalini chanting and meditation, along side Grace's flowing Vinyasa and restorative Yin, your mind will be so invested in yoga that all the hectic stresses of day to day home-life will vanish.

Twice daily, if you choose, you can spend time in the ocean facing yoga shala being lead in an encouraging deep breathing practice which will activate your diaphragm and engage your parasympathetic nervous system and the sound of the ocean waves soothes your soul.

At the end of their immersive programme you will feel like a magician has sprinkled new life into you physically, emotionally and mentally.

  • Meet Grace

Grace’s evening practice will be fun and explorative, with a strong emphasis on the breath, helping you release from your monkey mind and focus on the connection between breath and movement. These evening sessions will be all about disconnecting from your external world: work, relationships, worries or stresses, and connecting to your internal world and the power that is within YOU.

In the slow, nourishing flow and movement, Grace will create a safe space for you to let go of all that is not serving you of and absorb what you need to learn about yourself. Elements of hypnotherapy, mindfulness and meditation will be woven into her sessions.

Grace McGeehan studied Psychology at Exeter University. She has been part of the Om Ceylon family since the very beginning, winning our first ever competition and then in 2020 leading an Om Ceylon retreat.

After uni and with no previous yoga experience she decided, on a whim, to study yoga in Costa Rica and her love affair with yoga began. She has further trained in Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Yin yoga. She has also trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness Meditation techniques.

Grace works very closely with The Prince’s Trust, delivering powerful presentations and helping young adults on their journey embarking on a career in the Health and Social Care Sectors. She also runs workshops and retreats for schools and corporations, designed to help you peel away the layers and break down the barriers that are holding you back from becoming the best and realising your full potential.
